The purpose of conducting maintenance is to ensure that equipment continues to operate and meet production requirements according to its intended design. In order to diagnose the condition of operating equipment, the use of advanced inspection methods and non destructive testing (NDT) is required. We provide several public and onsite predictive maintenance (PdM) certification and workshop courses. Infrared Training

Our infrared training courses are based on the American Society for Non-Destructive Testing ASNT SNT-TC-1A standard and carry continuous education credits. We provide Level I, II, III and specialty courses that are designed to teach infrared science fundamentals, camera operation, interpreting problems with electrical, mechanical and building systems and creating an online condition based monitoring program.

Laser Alignment

Laser Alignment Training

We offer 1 and 2 day courses to get your skills up to speed on alignment principles, tolerances, procedures and the specific features of your laser equipment. Participants will learn how to identify and remedy soft foot, understand equipment movement techniques and how to deal with thermal growth.

Motor Circuit Analysis Training

Participants will learn the basic components, testing standards and how to troubleshoot modern electrical motor systems by evaluating: Insulation Resistance, Polarization Index, High-Pot, Step-Voltage, Winding Resistance, Air Gap and Power Quality analysis and more.

MCC Maintenance Training

This course reviews NFPA 70 National Electrical Code (NEC), NFPA 70E Standard for electrical safety in the workplace, NFPA 70B Recommended Practice for Electrical Equipment Maintenance, OEM recommendations, NETA Standard for Maintenance Testing Specifications for Electric Power Distribution Equipment and Systems (MTS) and commissioning activities. Focus is placed on the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of new and existing industrial motor control systems.

Oil & Lubrication Training

Participants will learn how to implement lubrication and oil analysis programs by understanding the relation to equipment reliability, lubrication fundamentals, properties and composition, the value of additives, understanding contaminants,aeration strategies, identifying incompatibilities, greasing best practices, storage and handling used oil for sampling and analysis.

Ultrasonic Detection Training

Our course is based on the American Society for Non-Destructive Testing ASNT SNT-TC-1A standard and covers the principles of ultrasound, setting up a predictive maintenance program, electrical safety inspections, gas leak investigations, lubrication analysis, steam systems, hydraulic systems and using ultrasound for energy conservation.

Vibration Analysis Training
