NFPA 70E Electrical Safety

This course is designed to teach students to understand the requirements of the National Fire Protection Agency 70E: Standard for Electrical Safety in the workplace. Students that successfully complete all quizzes, exams and exercises will be eligible to receive Electrical Safety Training in the Workplace certification.

NFPA 70 National Electrical Code

This training will introduce workers and supervisors to the practical code references used to avoid common problems within industrial electrical systems. From a top down approach we will introduce the relevant code applications from the industrial plant service entrance, transformers, cabling, switch gear, motor control centers, panels and hazardous location considerations. Over-current protection, batteries, grounding, motors, emergency systems and conduit fill will also be covered.

NFPA 70B Electrical Equipment Maintenance Workshop

This workshop will dive deep into the preventive and predictive maintenance activities that promote electrical reliability for modern industrial plants. Designed as a standards based approach to explore maintenance best practices used to design, protect, maintain and operate electrical systems. Maintenance, testing and power quality monitoring and solutions to problems found with each will also be covered. Participants that successfully complete all quizzes, exams and exercises will be eligible to receive Recommend Practice for Electrical Equipment Maintenance certification.

Infrared Thermography

This hands-on course is designed to teach students to set-up, operate and record images using an IR camera and PC based software. The course is based on ASNT SNT-TC-1A standard and focuses on inspecting industrial electrical, mechanical equipment and building structures. Students will be exposed to infrared principles, NFPA 70E safety requirements, NEC, NETA, NFPA 70B, and commissioning principles as they relate to the use of infrared thermography. Participants that successfully complete all quizzes, exams and exercises will be eligible to receive Level I, Level II or Level III certification.

Ultrasound Airborne / Structure borne

This hands-on course is designed to teach students the theories, principles and practices for safely gathering ultrasound measurements from airborne and structure borne industrial equipment. The course is based on ASNT SNT-TC-1A standard and students that successfully complete all quizzes, exams and exercises will be eligible to receive Level I or Level II Ultrasound Airborne Detection certification.

Lubrication & Oil Analysis

This course is designed to teach students the theories, principles and practices of Lubrication & Oil Analysis in order to improve machinery reliability. Students that successfully complete all quizzes, exams and exercises will be eligible to receive Lubrication & Oil Analysis training certification.

Motor Circuit Analysis (Online & Offline)

This hands-on course is designed to teach students advanced theories, principles and practices for complete AC Motor Circuit Analysis and Electrical Signature Analsysis (MCA+ESA) in order to determine & predict the condition for de-energized and energized industrial electrical equipment. The course references ANSI, IEEE, EASA, NEMA & NFPA standards and students that successfully complete all quizzes, exams and exercises will be eligible to receive MCA/ESA certification.

Laser Shaft Alignment

This hands-on course is designed to teach students the theories, principles and practices for basic Laser Shaft Alignment in order to ensure appropriate alignment of industrial machinery. Students that successfully complete all quizzes, exams and exercises will be eligible to receive Level I certification.

Vibration Analysis

Our hands-on courses are designed to teach students the theories, principles and practices for gathering vibration measurements from industrial machinery. The course is based on ASNT SNT-TC-1A standard and students that successfully complete all quizzes, exams and exercises will be eligible to receive Level I or Level II certification.
